Women In Power

Women In Power is a self-authoring leadership program designed for women, by women. Through 90-minute facilitated sessions for 9-weeks in a brave, judgement-free zone, white and racialized women come together to share their lived experiences and talk about how race, gender and patriarchy affects them similarly yet quite differently. The program moves women from personal (inner work) to inter-personal (inclusive leadership) to community leadership (allyship).

Sessions focus on narrative sharing, self-reflection, and in-session exercises. Each participant is eligible to receive two, one-hour long executive coaching sessions as part of the program.
