Children's Day is a day set aside to focus on children, their needs, rights and challenges. It also is a day the children get opportunity to showcase their creativity and skills.
Children are the bedrock of any nation and they are the future. The rights and needs of the children can never be over emphasized.
Every child deserves love and peace. They need education. The quality of education they get matters so much.
Living in a world that has become so polarized, they need to be taught empathy and kindness. Children do not need to inherit our wars and hatred.
What we sow in the children is what we will reap.
