infectious viral illness that cause painful rash, enlarged lymph nodes and fever..

The current one being monkey pox its highly infectious disease that infect both human and animals and its viral and closely related to he smallpox , cowpox and vaccine viruses that cause painful rash, enlarged limp nodes and fever and its in Kenya and other countries that have reported the outbreak. minister of health in KENYA has announced that the second case of monkey pox has been confirmed in Kenya pledging intensified surveillance to prevent further transmission . even though they assure us the health facilities are adequately staffed and well equipped to diagnose i still don't trust this especially after what we went through with COVID19 I bet we are on our own they wont tell us the truth for fear of panic and the spread of misinformation to the community .since the new of monkey pox in Kenya been thinking to myself especially after what i went through with COVID19 lost over 50 people I know i got seriously ill with it to an extend of being in oxygen it took me two years to get COVID19 out of my lungs while nobody was willing to talk about COVID19 to people living in rural community and that really cost a lot of deaths by the time the word was reaching the rural areas most elderly were six fit under. but more generations were saved by practicing good hygiene , avoiding close contact with individuals . looking back to what happened to the generation that were born during HIV/AIDS pandemic/ infections!! reading stories it was considered a curse nobody wanted to associate with you back in the days nobody would want to be near you millions died because of fear mongering and the wide spread of misinformation about HIV/AIDS unlike this days after a wide spread of a awareness people living with HIV /AIDS can live a normal life , share our food and clothing it has advanced that people with HIV/AIDS can get pregnant and have babies community groups that include local institutions , local governments , church the right information was shared with everyone young and old and it saves a lot been thinking why don't the government start spreading the word to community just for preparedness each the community about the monkey pox and what should be done incase of an outbreak in the community they know what to do without spreading fear because fear spread faster like wild fire . I'm thinking why wont the health workers together with the NGO and community groups help spread the word before we end up the COVID19 way it is just me overthinking or I'm being paranoiac because of my experience with past pandemic!! ( not again) been thinking of doing it my way but again i don't want to be kidnapped by the government its the new normal with this regime when you try do something they feel will hurt their future political status they either kill you or torcher you to death or with death threat or hurting you and your family ( story for another day ) with monkey pox reports in Kenya I was thinking its time to create awareness let people know let people prepare mentally for it without suffering from trauma after its too late to tell people about it after misinformation have spread allover . the continuous virus outbreak in Africa is becoming a normal thing we don't need to question it because of the multiple travels and immigration of people from one continent to the next and out of 1000 300 are sick / healthy carriers bring virus to Africa because back in the days there were no viruses in Africa the founder fathers lived with only traditional medicine they used to live for 150 years why this ! the right food they ate ,the clean environment they lived in , no toxic in their bodies , they did not have outside world contact unlike this days we fighting to combat climate justice we eating toxic ,drinking poison , we breath toxic and eating pesticides on our fruits and vegetables this leads to outbreak of different illness that were not there back in the good old days . we are still going to experience more outbreak as years goes by so its our responsibility as a community to come together join hands and work as a team with the little tools we have to create awareness to try stop misinformation and conspiracy theory about an outbreak of illness in our community , if there is something i learnt after the 2020 COVID19 pandemic is communication because by the time the right information was reaching the local community it was too late a lot of damage was already done with multiply deaths that would have been prevented if only fear was not put on peoples lives, thoughts and mental health. fear caused panic , it created isolation and loneliness that was unnecessary. so the new up coming virus should not lead us that direction again its time the public is told what to do without causing fear . imagine if COVID19 was only affecting the Africans !!do you think most boarders would be open to date definitely NO?! all of us learner something from the COVID19 that grounded everything we all have a story to tell , we all have our trauma that have not gotten over our minds it will take years to let the evil COVID19 out of our lives i believe its not gone it still here the vaccination we got helped us I'm one of the people that got all the COVID vaccination and i have never been sick since then so if monkey pox will administer vaccine i will be in front line to take the shot prevention is better than cure , its been 3 years with no illness in my body thanks to COVID19 vaccination my immunity grew 10 times harder those who never gotten their vaccination are always sick and i know it
