As a researcher, I have come to realise that the best way to communicate results in Multi Criteria Analysis (MCA) within operations research is to present a clear, concise, and well-structured report or presentation.

Start by introducing the problem, the criteria used, and the methodology employed.

Visual aids like charts and graphs can help illustrate the results effectively.

Provide a detailed analysis of the alternatives, their performance according to each criterion, and the final ranking or recommendation.

Make sure to address uncertainties and sensitivities in the results.

Ultimately, the goal is to convey the key findings and implications in a manner that is understandable to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
