Taking details of some women in Kaduna state, Nigeria

The Changemakers lab has been of great influence to me since the very beginning. It has been an avenue for a tremendous journey of learning, growth, achievement, and impact. It is however not to say that there were no challenges encountered in this process. These challenges went on to become platforms for improvement and re-strategizing. I learned more about how to rethink my SMART goals, map resources, and redefine the stakeholders and audiences.

Communication is very major in advocacy and, this was an opportunity to unlearn ways for better communication, outreach strategies, and tactics to deploy toward achieving the set goals.

The target for this initiative was to sensitize 2000 women and persons living with disabilities toward Nigeria’s Elections in February this year. Looking at my progress on my dashboard, I have impacted more than 8,000, an overwhelming journey from where I kicked off. Thanks to the impact of the Changemakers Lab.

I am glad to share my Theory of Change using the “If-Then” model.
