When I feel low and stuck, it often feels like I'm lost in a maze with no clear way out. During these moments, I’ve learned that the best way to regain my direction is by turning to something that has always helped me grow—gaining new skills and learning new things.

Recently, when I was feeling directionless, I came across a training someone posted on World Pulse . Without hesitation, I signed up. Diving into it gave me a renewed sense of purpose. As I progressed through the modules, I felt a shift inside—each new lesson was like a stepping stone pulling me out of that mental maze. Completing the training was a big moment for me, as I felt I had accomplished something truly meaningful.

Instead of letting negative thoughts consume me, I now make a habit of channeling that energy into discovering something new. Learning is my way of breaking free. The sense of achievement from mastering new skills gives me confidence and motivation to keep pushing forward.

This approach has become my compass, reminding me that even in my lowest moments, there is always an opportunity to evolve. That UN Women training wasn’t just another course; it was a step toward reclaiming my direction and purpose.
