Over coming our own Demons

I would like let all victims know they are not the first and that others out in the world are going through something similar but the main focus is in self love appreciating ourselves and putting us first for once and using the things that motivate us in a positive way to help us let go of these toxic people that we genuinely feel sorry for and give our heart and soul to trample on just because we never learnt to put us first ❤️ but it's not an easy journey to do so I'm asking that we all look in our selves and find that place that is still positive n filled with love and give it all to God ,religion is not an obstacle we all have a belief in a higher power and that's the main thing you don't dwell on what other's think or say you find God for yourself and give him your past and walk away free and cleansed of your weakness not to hold on to your past waiting for change,it's not up to us to change anyone we do our best and keep going but focus on living a wonderful life filled with joy , love and laughter and watch everything change in your life for the better it wont be quick but it will happen eventually once you remember God help those who help themselves.
