We must teach our girls that she is more amazing than she thinks. This begins with our OWN perception, understanding, and knowing that she IS indeed more amazing than we think.

Be conscious of the thoughts we hold in our minds, and know that we always have the power to re-create and choose what we think. Teach this to our girls, and start with ourselves.
