Shift the power!

Shifting the powers means putting your abilities to work and making progress. I began with elementary teaching, attended trainings, became acquainted with new educational practices, and learnt how to connect with students. Then, I went ahead by taking on new difficulties since my primary teaching was solid, which helped me with lower secondary and then higher secondary. As it taught me about the foundation of learners, I structured my planners appropriately, knowing what they could know, remember, or need to reaffirm before moving on. Then, with higher grades, I work harder on my professional growth by staying up to date on new teaching strategies. Protective legislation, IT skills, and a knowledge of diversity all help to promote inclusiveness.

All of this came from the beginning, and I'm still adjusting my powers. Became Academic Coordinator, HR, Examiner, and now Trainer! All of these care levels for me include shifting powers. So believe in yourself, cherish your time, continue to study, pamper yourself, love yourself, and trust yourself. Your powers will continue to expand. Find the appropriate path, job that you value and like. So get out there, exhibit your abilities, and improve. The world is waiting for you. Nature has healing abilities; meditate and do yoga to think! I believe in prayer, spirituality, and supernatural power. 🥰 You labour hard, and God will back your good intentions.
