The talk of Nadia Hussain was about Work Life Balance. Nadia shared her recipe for success with the Young Entrepreneurs at Institute of Business Administration (IBA). Nadia not only creates a balance between home and work but goes the extra mile for her fans too. She keeps in touch with her followers through her facebook and instagram page. ‘My aim is to teach; not just explain and leave,’ she says.

Other than being so passionately associated with her calling, Nadia offsets it out with her home life. 'I adore being a mother. My children start things out constantly. I'm generally there for them since I don't need them to grow up with the thought that my mom wasn't there in light of the fact that she was working.'

Work gave Model Nadia Hussain the opportunity to learn that success, happiness and fulfilment in life comes not from our accomplishments but from our response to our boundaries. ‘I did have to sacrifice,’ says Nadia, recalling her decision to step back at the height of her career, ‘but for me, family always comes first. I took cutbacks in my career when my kids were small. With my first born, I left work, went back, gradually as he grew older.’ Today she is a successful career woman and a proud mother of 4.

Nadia feels the life-work balance is a juggling act that few can master without support. ‘The support has to come from your own family,’ she says. ‘One can only maintain the balance if the family, especially the husband and in laws are supportive. To be able to succeed as a professional, a support system is essential.’

Nadia’s balanced personality, positive attitude and faith in empowering the less fortunate is inspirational. Her extraordinary journey is sure to help other working mothers orchestrate their lives and professions, just as passionately.
